Bradlaugh Print , Northampton Lib Dems own printing society has a Neopost DS62 machine for sale.
The machine which was purchased in 2008 and has a service agreement until Sept 2013 has throughput of 60 items per minute.

The machine originally cost circa £6k and the annual maintenance charge is paid until Sept 2012 (£164).
The license and maintenance agreement can be transferred to the new owner.
