City Council takes TWO Years to hang door!

Councillor Dale Keeling visits the door that took the Council two years to fit.
Freemen Ward Lib Dem Councillor, Dale Keeling, was contacted by a local pensioner who had been waiting TWO YEARS for the City Council to put in a porch door to her property.
The lady in question needed the porch door for extra security, this was given the go-ahead in January 2007 and two years later she was still waiting!
Dale Keeling, who is a carpenter and joiner said, "This is not acceptable and I don't understand the hold-up, I was prepared to fit the door myself." After swift action by Councillor Dale Keeling we are pleased to say that the door has at last been fitted!
