£183 per Banner! Whats your view?

One Leicester?
It costs £183 to put up a One Leicester banner and there is 750 of them.
The total cost of the One Leicester banner campaign has come to a whopping £137.625. Do you think there are worth the cost? or could the money have been better spent on something else?
The One Leicester banners are supposed to promote Leicester, but isn't promoting Leicester to Leicester people flogging a dead horse? Tell us your views.
Cllr. Peter Coley, Leader of the Lib Dem Council group told local press; "I think it is a complete disgrace. The banners are a massive waste of money. The City Council seems to think services are not as important as spending money on something like this."
