Campaign to reduce speed has started

Rushey Mead Lib Dems are backing residents calls for safety measures for the Woodbridge Road and Berridge Lane junction.

In the last two months speeding drivers that have used the two roads as a rat run have crashed into garden walls and into each other.

Residents have started a petition calling upon the council's highways department to take urgent action - Local resident and campaigner Hash Chandarana will present the petition to the council in the near future.
